  • Vinyasa Flow with movement, mobility & stretching

  • Build body awareness and open up your energetic pathways 

 

This class is designed to get your body moving in a fluid motion, gaining better muscle and joint mobility. We will go through movements meant to improve circulation throughout the body, giving the brain a nice escape to a lighter place.

  • Focused on building strength and Stamina

 

Come get your sweat on as we move through yoga postures gaining further mobility into our joints and tapping into our strength. This class will leave you feeling like you got a full workout in, all while reaching a state of balance and tranquility, connecting with your higher self.

  • Yin Yoga centered on stretch, breathe work and meditative focus

Participate in an intensive yoga workshop to explore deeper aspects of yoga practice including meditation and advanced techniques to enhance well-being.
