  • Yoga Workout/ Vinyasa fusion flow

  • Focused on building strength and Stamina

 

Come get your sweat on as we move through yoga postures gaining further mobility into our joints and tapping into our strength. This class will leave you feeling like you got a full workout in, all while reaching a state of balance and tranquility, connecting with your higher self.

  • Stretch, breathwork, and meditative focus to encourage stillness, flexibility, and mindfulness

  • Offers a perfect balance to the active (“Yang”) aspects of life.

Guided by controlled breathing, this slow, meditative practice targets the body’s deep connective tissues through long-held, floor-based poses connecting the mind with the body.
